Delivery Information

FURNITURE DELIVERY

WHEN WILL YOU GET YOUR DELIVERY?

All items on the website are currently in stock in our warehouse. You can expect delivery to occur within 1-2 weeks - you will be contacted by Becci from the Delivery Team within five working days of placing your order to book in a delivery date.


DELIVERY TYPES

For the most part, we use our own delivery team. This delivery team will give you a call the working day before your delivery to give you a rough idea of what time your drop will be.

 On the day of delivery they will call you when they are approximately an hour away. They will deliver your furniture to your driveway or garden if there is easy access.

 
We do not offer an assembly service, so it is up to you to unbox and assemble it yourself. We do not take away your old furniture or the rubbish.
 
Delivery Schedule for 2023:
Mondays – North Wales/Chester  
Tuesdays – Fleetwood/Southport/Manchester
Wednesdays – Derby/Nottingham/Sheffield
Thursdays – Durham/Newcastle
Fridays – North Wales/Chester

PALLET DELIVERY
Outside these of these areas we use a third party palletised courier. This courier operates Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 6:00pm. It is an all-day slot but we do ask that they call you an hour in advance. This courier offers a kerbside/driveway drop only and are unable to take it into your garden. You will need to unbox and dispose of the rubbish yourself.
 
Please make sure that you supply a working telephone number when placing your order.


DPD DELIVERY
In some cases the furniture is small enough to send out with DPD; in these cases you will get a text message direct from DPD with your tracking.
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
RETURNS
If you receive your delivery and are not happy with your furniture for ANY reason and wish to return it for a full refund you will need to let us know within 7 working days of delivery. We will organise the collection ourselves – we will not charge you for this.
EXCHANGES
If you receive your delivery and it is damaged or faulty you must let us know within 7 working days of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage and/or fault so that we may assess the best course of action.
Please note that differences in wood grain/knots are not considered a fault.
