We are passionate and dedicated to delivering the best possible experience for everyone who shops at our stores or online. We know that our furniture delivery system means a great deal to a lot of people and we especially appreciate how much the delivery team love their job (getting to have a chat with you and maybe have a cheeky cup of tea is the best part of their day!).

Having monitored the situation around COVID-19 constantly, we have taken the difficult decision to make all of our furniture delivery drops kerbside only.

We tried to do everything we could to keep our deliveries as planned, but we really think this change is an extra step going towards keeping both you, our customer, and our team, safe.

What does a kerbside drop mean? Well, to put it simply, the delivery drivers will still call you with an ETA, but they will not bring it into your house, or carry it up the stairs.

They will able to leave it on the kerbside, on your drive/in a car port or around the side of your house – wherever you deem most suitable.

We realise this decision is going to impact many customers that may not be able to lift the furniture inside themselves as they will need to organise (where possible) extra help from family and friends.  

This won’t be forever, and should you be unable to take your delivery now, we can always hold your items for you until the service is back up and running. If you have any additional queries please contact Becci in customer services on becci@giftcompany.com.
