Delivery Information

 

We are pleased to say all of our furniture deliveries are Free including our White Glove Delivery and Assembly Service.


Free White Glove Delivery Service

 

We are pleased to say that we operate a White Glove Delivery Service for our Furniture ranges; this service is now available for 90% of UK Mainland Addresses - most of our products are ready assembled but if they do need assembled we will do this for your convenience. All of our furniture ranges are held and delivered from our own warehouse.

 

The White Glove Delivery Service includes:

 

1)      Item (s) delivered by our own dedicated delivery team. 

2)      Item (s) taken to a room of your choice.
3)      Drivers will assemble furniture if required at no extra cost. 

4)      Our drivers will remove all the packaging from your furniture, take it away with them and recycle it. 

5)      A courtesy phone call from our Delivery Team the day before delivery and one hour before arrival.

Pallet Delivery  

 

Furniture deliveries to areas where White Glove service is currently unavailable will be via a courier company. Your order will be palletized and there will need to be an able-bodied person at the delivery address to assist with carrying the goods into your home as the courier company operate as a kerbside only service and are not able to take items into home. For larger items such as tables and sideboards, we would suggest you arrange for two people to be present if possible. Our carriers will not unwrap any items.


Delivery Charges

 

Gift items will be delivered via UPS Courier at a cost of £3.95. Gift items can been collected in store for free via our click and collect service.

Furniture Deliveries To UK Mainland are completely free!!

Gift items are classed as any product that is not furniture (for example: not in the Pine and Oak Furniture by Range sections or Living, Dining and Bedroom furniture ranges).

 

Deliveries at the weekend can be arranged via courier at an extra charge; all deliveries are 07.00-20.00 depending on location.  

 

Delivery outside Mainland UK is possible though extra charges will apply. Please enquire at support@giftcompany.net


When will I receive my order?

 

If your item is in stock please allow up to three weeks for furniture deliveries; our Delivery Team will contact you direct within 72hrs via email or phone after your order been placed to arrange delivery. If your item is temporarily out of stock a member of team will contact you to advise when it will be available.

Cheltenham furniture ranges are made to order and we look at a turnaround of 6-8 weeks for those. You will contacted with a delivery date as soon as we recieve a shipping date from our supplier.

You will also be advised if your order will be via White Glove Service or a palletised courier.

Whilst we aim to dispatch Gift items as soon as possible after receiving an order please allow up to two weeks for delivery - the majority of our gift orders are despatched within 1-3 working days after an order is received.

For click and collect orders a member of the store team will phone you directly once your order is ready to collect. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil any part of the order, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your card within 10 days of so doing. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please advise us 48 hours in advance if you are unable to be present for your delivery and we can then re-arrange without penalty.
